Hello!
I’m very glad that you chose Mearto for your online appraisal.
Considering the photos, this item is:
A beautiful mid 20th century (probably 1940 - 1960s) watercolor on paper (probably mulberry paper) on wooden frame. It is a Tibetan tiger old school, recurrent motifs in the 20th century Chinese art. These types of paintings were usually produced for western markets, but as there is no document or signature it is an estimation. A stunning painting full of cool hues and minimalistic lines of the tiger. This artwork perfectly reflects the fantastic universe and the imagination that underlie Chinese and asian in general, iconography and style. Good condition, framed. Mid 20th century.
