Thank you for your request. The presented object is a color etching with the measurements of 13 x 9,5 inches. It depicts a Dutch village scene with a canal and a house front. The print is signed with the name "Van Eych" or "Van Eyck". Sadly no further detail for this artist is mentioned in reference-books or similar databases. This print was made at the beginning of the 20th century.
An estimation would be between 20 to 40 USD.
This estimation is based on actual recent past recorded auction sales of comparables. Retail "asking prices" can be higher and vary.
