This appears to be a Kangxi (1662-1722) vase. It is painted in the famille verte pattern, (predominantly green hues) which is a common palette during this period. The artist is very skillful in the depiction of water lilies and vases as well as the regular pattern work surrounding each panel scene. The shape, along with the lid, is similar to that of other vases produced during the Kangxi porcelain period. It appears to be in very good condition.
Based on similar pieces that have sold at auction, the estimated Fair Market Value of this item is between $8,000 and $10,000. However, I urge you to further pursue an in-person appraisal by an expert in Kangxi porcelain, as there is the possibility of mistaking an imitation for an authentic porcelain piece.
