A vintage walnut flatware chest
unattributed maker, probably American, mid 20th Century
The rectangular box with hinged lid, fitted on the underside by velvet and white satin knife slots over a lined tray fitted with dividers, over a long drawer fitted with dividers, with a burl-veneered or laminate underside, stamped JBO68
5-1/2 inches tall by 16 inches wide by 11-1/2 inches deep
CONDITION: Good
PROVENANCE: Inherited

I can't see that in your photos - can you take a clearer photo and attach?
It’s in the eleventh picture
It doesn't appear to mean anything significant - possibly "Standard" - no change to value.
Does the red-letter "S" mean anything next to the stamp?
