Thank you for submitting your item for appraisal. This appears to be a late 20th century painting, oil an canvas, canvas stapled to the stretcher, depicting a Clown in traditional dress and makeup, signed lower right "Westlake" or similar. Such paintings were mass produced both in Mexico and the "painting village" Dafen in China. Spelling errors are more common among chinese artists, the slightly odd looking "W" might be an indication that this painting was produced in China after 1980. The signature names are just pseudonyms. The estimate is based on similar sold at auction. There is no measurement for the sentimental value you might attach to the item.
