I've found a number of similar carved and painted wood cat sculptures online, on eBay, Etsy, etc; like yours, none of them have any markings to indicate a maker. Most are priced modestly - around $50 for ones of similar size to yours, less for smaller cats.

Based on the photos and information provided, and subject to examination, this is:

Carved and painted wooden cat
unattributed maker, American or European, mid-late 20th Century
A black and white cat seated on its haunches with blue eyes, red nose and mouth, spotted breast and striped legs.
24 inches tall
CONDITION: This appears to be in generally good condition with minor cracking to wood.
PROVENANCE: Inherited
