Antique find
Thank you for submitting your item for appraisal. This appears to be slip cast porcelain with transfer printed and additional hand painted design, blue white porcelain of very recent production bearing a four character Qianlong Nian Zhi mark. The seal script character on the side reads "shou" for "longevity". This would be porcelain for daily use, something you can buy in any tea shop today.
Slip cast porcelain is produced by pouring a water and porcelain components mixture into a plaster mold. Sometimes a line where the two parts were joined is visible on the porcelain. Try to avoid those.
