This is an 3rd quarter 20th century lenticular optical work by the Israeli-born artist Yaacov (Gipstein) Agam (born 1928) in a large 2' 9" x 2' 9" square size. The value will also depend on when this was created; is this dated and is the title 'Never Belve'?
