Ary Bergen 1910 Painting
34 inches wide 50 inches tall painting of a water scene. The background is a town with a prominent clock tower. The forefront has a boat with two fisherman casting a large net into the sea. The art is signed by Ary Bergen and has what appears to be the number 10 next to the name.
This photo was inherited from my parents. I believe they purchased the artwork sometime in the 70's.

Greetings, what a lovely oil on canvas painting by Ary Bergen (1886 - 1950). Although this is the first nautical scene I've seen by him, he was a proficient painter and could paint just about anything.
