Thank you for submitting your item for appraisal. This appears to be a photographic reproduction of a Franz Frankl painting, on embossed paper with a surface structure which resembles a painting surface.
You will notice that the signature is a bit blurred and the surface structure does not correspond to the actual "brushstrokes". There is hardly to no demand for such faded prints unfortunately.
