Thank you for submitting your item for appraisal. This appears to an offset print after a Dali painting from 1960. It is a well known fact that since 1981 Dali suffered from Parkison and it was impossible for him to sign anything. The certificate is misleading, the signature is by another hand, and therefore the print has to be regarded a falsification. Try to return it to the seller.
