What does this mean?

This is a late 19th century, Victorian era, antique framed photogravure print entitled Evangeline depicting a young maiden with milking cows. A photogravure is a type of black and white printing method using photography. The print was distributed by Print by Education and meant to be a visual depiction of Evangeline from the epic poem by Henry Wadsworth Longfellow entitled Evangeline: A Tale of Acadie which was penned in 1847. The condition is fair and that will impact value. The estimate is based on actual past auction sales of comparables of this same print.
