These are antique paintings with very old and unique frames. We paid $2,500 for them 20 years ago. The seller indicated that they ar over 100 years old.

The presented object appears to be a painting made in oil paint on canvas with the measurements of 42 x 32 inches. The painting depicts a landscape with a river over a river as main motif. The painting is signed with the name J. S. Renaud. This painting was made in the late 19th century probably in France. Sadly no further information regarding the biography of this artist is mentioned in reference books or similar databases.
This piece is in good condition and there is no serious damage visible in the images provided.
A fair market estimation would be between 600 to 1.200 USD.
