I have 3 watercolor paintings signed by Lillian Medland. They are currently professionally mounted and framed.
My mother-in-law bought them from a high end furniture store in North Carolina about 30 years ago.

Thank you for your request. The presented objects are watercolors on paper with unknown measurements. All three paperwork depict zoological correct seabird and are signed by Lilian Marguerite MEDLAND (1880-1955). She is famous for her watercolors with ornithological motifs lie these works here.
This piece is in good condition and there are no serious damages visible.
An estimation for each watercolor would be between 100 to 200 USD.
This estimation is based on actual recent past recorded auction sales of comparables. Retail "asking prices" can be higher and vary.

Thank you for your email. Sadly we have a consigning limit of 1.000 USD. Please offer your artwork to a local auction house which lists their auction on international platforms to reach out as many possible buyers as possible. Or offer it trough an online-based auction or selling platform.
