Greetings and thank you for calling upon the services of Mearto. Before sitting down to respond I took some time to peruse through your well designed website, research your digital foot-print and contrast that with secondary market sales. What I find is that your work has yet to be offered at public auction. Because most buyers seem predisposed to purchase work based on artists they are familiar with you are placed at a disadvantage.
In the case of living artists without prior secondary auction market representation or an almost viral command of the internet, 10% - $25% of retail prices isn't be unheard of. It's not a reflection of the quality of your work, simply the way most bidders prefer to buy.
