This appears to be a classical chinese painting, chinese ink and watercolour, with a lenghty calligrapy describing the content of the painting, one seal reads 曾浩 which leads to the artist ZENG Hao (1967) or ZENG Hao (1963). Later paintings by the artists have been offered and sold at auction, none dating to 1987. If at the time this painter was just a young man of 20 or 24 years of age it could be him. The estimate is based on comparable early works by listed artists.
