Thank you for submitting your item for appraisal. This appears to be a mexican second half 20th century still life painting of roses, signed Juliano Gonzalez. This would be a purely decorative painting by an experienced painter who used a similar technique which is widely used by mexican artists painting on velvet. Another painting by the same artist was sold recently for approximately 100 USD, bearing the same signature, but read by the auctioneer as "Fernando Gonzalez".
