What does this mean?

Hello Asar, thank you for your submission to Mearto. The piece your Mom received is a print after the original painting by Picasso. The original painting was completed in 1906 and was gouache (a type of water based paint) and pencil on cardboard and titled, “La Mort d'Arlequin (Death of Harlequin)”. As a vintage lithograph, after the original, I would expect to see this piece sell at auction in the range of $60USD to $70USD. Galleries usually at least double this price, and while prices gallery prices change depending upon clientele and market variations, I’d expect this piece to be in the $150USD range. I hope this assists you and thank you for submitting.

Sincerely – Erin-Marie
