The appraised item is an oil painting depicting a sea view with a dolphin and surfer. It measures 140 cm (h) x 117 cm (w) . It is signed and dated on the lower right "M. Kefaloukos, 1997. The condition is excellent.
Unfortunately, after searching for this artist, I am sorry to say that I could not find any auction records for his work.
Therefore, this is reflected in the estimate in red that appears above. The subject work's size and composition were also taken into consideration when determining these figures.
All we know about this artist is that he is Australian, and that is called Michael Kefaloukos. For your information, the only biographical note available is kept in one library in Australia, which is mentioned here:
