I inherited this item a few years ago. Was told it was a tiffany lamp and it was very fragile. It has some dust, as it is rarely used. Had two bulbs. There is a leaf-like base and the shade has a floral design.

28.5 inches tall (base and shade). base is about 8.5 inches wide. Shade is 12.75 inches tall and 14.5 inches wide.
