$30USD for an oil painting after Francois Boucher's, "The Toilette of Venus"; what a great buy! Your piece is a 20th century hand-painted reproduction on canvas board, stylistically, I's place this piece circa 1940 - 1950.

There aren't any records for a W. H. McKenzie which are currently available, but the painting has been reproduced many, many times and the reproductions are available at auction once every year or two. Their value is dependent upon size, condition and faithfulness to the original composition. Bearing these factors in mind, I would expect you example to sell in the range of $100USD to $150USD, nice buy sir!
