A number of artists with the name "Mino" are listed (e.g. Beppi, Peppino, Ubaldo etc.) but none of the listed artists worked in this style. This is very likely a painting produced for home decor by an experienced italian painter who sold his paintings to tourists. The estimate is based on similar decorative paintings sold or offered at auction.
