It must be a unique piece, as I have not found anything on the internet to compare it to. The canvas is stretched and stapled to a wood frame.

The presented object appears to be an overworked offset print on canvas with the measurements of 18 x 17 inches. The artwork depicts The Warren E. Burger Supreme Court. There are brush strokes visible but under the brush strokes a plain probably offset or giclee print is visible. This artwork was made in the late 20th century.
This piece is in good condition and there is no serious damage visible in the images provided.
