This is a vintage, 3rd quarter 20th century, framed, signed and numbered limited edition print reproduction of a painting by Texas artist Dalhart Windberg (born 1933). It is not an original painting. The depicted image is a still life of a single stem blooming rose with a half oyster shell entitled "Gift of Love". The limited edition prints were self-published by the artist's business Windberg Enterprises and sold through self-promotion. The estimate is based on actual past auction sales of comparables, the same image, within the 1000 signed and numbered prints issued.
