there is no title or signature, there are inscriptions below some of the charactures in the picture but too small for me to make out. It's a very detailed, almost like you'd find on money, very intricate and colorful, it's a period piece of some sort, the picture or drawing itself measures 12x16.

Dear Randy,
Thank you for contacting Mearto with your appraisal inquiry.
The presented object appears to be a colored etching on paper with the measurements of 12 x 16 inches. The print depicts Louis XIII of France on his horse with armed guards. The exact identification and more information about this motif you find in this link: (https://www.britishmuseum.org/collection/object/P_Mm-3-29).
This print was made after the design of the Flemish artist Crispijn II DE PASSE (1597-1670). This later hand-colored etching is a removed illustration from the book by Antoine de PLUVINEL (1555-1620) with the title: "L'instruction du roy en l'exercice de monter a cheval. Paris: Michel Nivelle" first published in 1625.
Works by this artist were recently offered and sold on the international auction market.
This piece is in bad to medium condition and it is folding and yellowing visible in the images provided.
A fair market estimation would be between 200 to 600 USD.
This estimate is based on actual recent past recorded auction sales of comparable items. Retail "asking prices" can be higher and may vary.
With kind regards,
Georg
